In close cooperation with PRATER, BEMO delivered over 20,000 m² of standing seam roof for the extension at Manchester Airport. For the expansion of Pier 1 and Terminal 2, the BEMO N65-400 profile made of 1.2 mm stucco embossed aluminium, with a supporting deck spanning up to 9 m was used. The acoustic properties of the roof system were decisive for the specification. Project specific independent tests were developed especially for this project in order to verify the sound insulation values achieved.

Wimbledon Court 1

Together with PRATER, BEMO planned and delivered over 7,000 m² of standing seam N65 for the new roof of Court 1 in Wimbledon. The engineering team from BEMO planned the supporting shell and the tapered standing seam profiles made of 2-layer PVDF coated aluminum. Due to the complicated shape of the roof, the unique, tolerance-compensating BEMO-FLEX substructure was used, which was preceded by a 3D scan of the existing structure. This ensured that the outer roof cladding corresponded to the planned design.

An adventure pool at the highest level with a futuristic design: the Nautiland in Würzburg was realized with a "golden" BEMO-BOND INVISIO facade. The concealed-fix composite panel facade gives the building an elegant look. The special thing about it: large-format panels of approx. 2 x 4 m. The BEMO standing seam roof ensures that the new building is durable and safe. The substructure, which is free of thermal bridges, perfectly meets the high energy requirements for the building.

The SwissTech Convention Center is one of the largest conference centers in the Lake Geneva region, where events of international repute take place. BEMO supplied the approximately 6,000 m² roof. While the special design comes from the diamond-shaped BEMO-SMOOTH panels. A BEMO standing seam roof was installed as a water-bearing and penetration-free layer.
