This recirculating air unit is a special development for use in clean rooms with very small room heights and floor space as it is often when buildings are getting renovated.
The FFUSD (Filter Fan Upside Down) is used for:
- recirculation of high air volumina to reduce particles
- air supply without the need of further air exhaust units
- temperature control of the circulating air
- requirement of clean room class GMP B (ISO 14644-2 6.0)
